Abstract

This study originates from the Ministry of Education's policy that promotes the role of educational institutions in community development through the integration of schools, communities, and local agencies. One of the key initiatives under this policy is the Fix It Center project, which was established to provide vocational skills training and repair services to local communities. The Nakhon Pathom Provincial Vocational Education Office serves as the primary implementing agency. However, the management of these community service centers continues to face challenges in terms of resources, collaboration, and technological support. Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine the problems and needs in managing these centers across four key aspects: collaboration, readiness, service provision, and technological support. The goal is to enhance and develop operational models that effectively respond to the real needs of local communities.This research employs a quantitative methodology. The sample consists of 309 participants drawn proportionally from a total population of 962 individuals, including volunteer students, community service users, staff responsible for center management, and representatives from local agencies. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was validated for reliability. Descriptive statistics such as percentages, means, and standard deviations were used to analyze the data and summarize findings in accordance with the study’s objectives.The results reveal that in terms of collaboration, there is still a need for effective mechanisms to facilitate coordination and joint planning between schools and communities. Regarding readiness, available resources—such as personnel and equipment—remain insufficient and require further support. In the area of service provision, repair and training services do not yet reach all target groups. Concerning technological support, although the “Chang Achiva” application has been implemented, its accessibility and usability among the general public remain limited. In conclusion, the community service centers must be improved in terms of structure, management, and technological integration in order to effectively and sustainably meet the needs of the communities they serve.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีที่มาและความสำคัญจากนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการที่ส่งเสริมบทบาทสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาชุมชน ผ่านการบูรณาการระหว่างสถานศึกษา ชุมชน และหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น โดยเฉพาะโครงการ Fix It Center ซึ่งจัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อถ่ายทอดทักษะอาชีพและให้บริการซ่อมแซมแก่ประชาชนในระดับพื้นที่ โดยมีสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐมเป็นหน่วยดำเนินการหลัก อย่างไรก็ตาม การบริหารงานของศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนยังประสบปัญหาในด้านทรัพยากร ความร่วมมือ และเทคโนโลยีสนับสนุน การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการบริหารงานของศูนย์ฯ โดยมีขอบเขตครอบคลุม 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความร่วมมือ ความพร้อม การให้บริการ และเทคโนโลยีสนับสนุน เพื่อนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงและพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่อย่างแท้จริงการวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนักเรียนจิตอาสา ประชาชนผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน บุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบดูแลศูนย์ และตัวแทนจากหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 309 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 962 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เพื่อสรุปผลในแต่ละด้านที่กำหนดไว้ในวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในด้านความร่วมมือ สถานศึกษากับชุมชนยังต้องการกลไกที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการประสานงานและวางแผนร่วมกัน ด้านความพร้อมพบว่าทรัพยากร เช่น บุคลากรและอุปกรณ์ยังไม่เพียงพอและต้องการการสนับสนุนเพิ่มเติม ด้านการให้บริการพบว่าการซ่อมแซมและอบรมยังไม่ครอบคลุมทุกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และด้านเทคโนโลยีสนับสนุน พบว่าแม้มีการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน “ช่างอาชีวะ” แล้ว แต่ยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านการเข้าถึงและการใช้งานโดยประชาชนทั่วไป สรุปได้ว่าศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนจำเป็นต้องได้รับการพัฒนาทั้งในเชิงโครงสร้าง การบริหารจัดการ และการใช้เทคโนโลยี เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
