Study the leadership of Teachers Performing the duties of supervisors under the Institute of Vocational Education: Central Region 5

Abstract

Leadership is a crucial factor contributing to the success of organizational management. The Office of the Vocational Education Commission still faces issues related to the lack of leadership development. The leadership of teacher supervisors is critical, as they play a key role in developing the potential of both personnel and students and therefore require further development. This study aimed to examine and compare the leadership of teacher supervisors based on their work experience. It employed a survey research methodology. The sample group consisted of 124 teachers serving as supervisors in educational institutions under the Central Vocational Education Institute Region 5. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to compare leadership levels categorized by experience.The research findings revealed that. Teachers with more than 15 years of experience had the highest leadership level (x̅ = 4.81). Those with 10 to 15 years of experience also showed a very high level (x̅ = 4.73). Teachers with 5 to 10 years of experience exhibited a very high level (x̅ = 4.50). Those with less than 5 years of experience had a high level (x̅ = 3.97). Furthermore, there was a statistically significant difference in leadership levels among teacher supervisors categorized by work experience at the .05 level.

ภาวะผู้นำเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ช่วยให้การบริหารงานในองค์กรต่าง ๆ ประสบความสำเร็จของ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ภาวะผู้นำของครูหัวหน้างาน มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งสำหรับครูที่ดำรงตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน เพราะเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรและผู้เรียน การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำ และเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ วิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการ วิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้างานใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 5 จำนวน 124 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่าภาวะผู้นำครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้างานมีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 15 ปี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.81) ประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี ถึง 15 ปี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.73) ประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 5 ปี ถึง 10 ปี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.50) ประสบการณ์ทำงานต่ำกว่า 5 ปี อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย =3.97) และภาวะผู้นำของครูผู้สอนที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้างาน ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 5 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
