A STUDY OF STATUS AND NEED OF SHORT TRAINING VOCATIONAL FOR PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT HIGH EFFICIENCY IN LABOR MARKET NEED OF VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN NAKORNPROTOM

Abstract

This study focuses on the investigation of the conditions and training needs of short-term vocational training courses to produce and develop a high-performance workforce in response to the labor market demands at vocational institutions under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Pathom Vocational Education. The study has two main objectives: 1) to examine the current situation of short-term vocational training programs aimed at producing and developing a high-performance workforce according to labor market needs, and 2) to investigate the training needs for short-term vocational programs to develop a high-performance workforce according to the labor market demands at vocational institutions in Nakhon Pathom. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 315 administrators, deputy administrators, and teachers in the vocational institutions.The research findings show that the overall situation of the training program is at a high level, especially in terms of the ability of personnel to provide training that aligns with labor market needs. The curriculum is flexible and can adapt well to changes in the labor market. The training needs are also at a high level, particularly regarding curriculum updates to keep up with labor market changes and the development of personnel to improve training efficiency and quality.

การศึกษา การศึกษาสภาพ และความต้องการการจัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรวิชาชีพระยะสั้น เพื่อผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานของสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรวิชาชีพระยะสั้น เพื่อผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานของสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการจัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรวิชาชีพระยะสั้น เพื่อผลิตและพัฒนากำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานของสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหาร รองผู้บริหาร และครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 315 คนผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการจัดฝึกอบรมในทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะด้านบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถในการฝึกอบรมให้ตรงกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ในด้านหลักสูตรมีความยืดหยุ่นและสามารถปรับตัวให้เข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตลาดแรงงานได้ดี ความต้องการในการจัดฝึกอบรมก็อยู่ในระดับสูงเช่นกัน โดยเฉพาะในด้านการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้ทันสมัยและตอบสนองกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในตลาดแรงงาน รวมทั้งการพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการฝึกอบรมให้มีคุณภาพ
