Development of a Skill Training Package on NC Milling Programming Using the Simpson Learning Approach to Enhance NC Programming Skills for Vocational Certificate Students Certificate Students’ Learning Competencies.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to develop and find the efficiency of the training set on NC programming for milling work and compare the students’ performance skills against the criteria. The sample group consists of 20 people, selected by cluster sampling. The instruments used for data collection are: 1) Teaching management problem record form 2) Skill training set 3) Appropriateness assessment form with content validity ranging from 0.60-1.00 4) Skill assessment form with content validity ranging from 0.60-1.00 and reliability of observation of the assessment criteria between assessors equal to 0.70. Data analysis is done by content analysis, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of the research found that 1) The teaching management problem, students still lack skills in NC programming for milling work, lack knowledge of behavior and correct programming process, and the teaching media only shows basic programming principles, causing students to have lower academic results than the specified criteria. 2) The overall suitability of the skill training set is at the highest level = 4.83 SD = 0.10 3) The efficiency of the training set on NC programming for milling work Higher than the specified criteria of 80/80 and 4) the results of the comparison of students' performance skills after using the skill training kit were significantly higher than the 80% criteria at the statistical significance level of .05.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกทักษะเรื่องการเขียนโปรแกรมเอ็นซี งานกัด 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนเทียบกับเกณฑ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 20 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ 1)แบบบันทึกสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ชุดฝึกทักษะ 3) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาตั้งแต่ 0.60-1.00 4) แบบประเมินทักษะ มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาตั้งแต่ 0.60-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นจากการสังเกตของเกณฑ์การประเมินระหว่างผู้ประเมิน เท่ากับ 0.70 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน นักเรียนยังขาดทักษะการเขียนโปรแกรมเอ็นซีงานกัด ขาดความรู้ด้านพฤติกรรมและกระบวนการเขียนโปรแกรมที่ถูกต้อง และสื่อการสอนแสดงเพียงหลักการเขียนโปรแกรมพื้นฐานทำให้นักเรียนมีผลการเรียนต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2) ความเหมาะสมของชุดฝึกทักษะภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด = 4.83 SD = 0.10 3) ประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกทักษะเรื่องการเขียนโปรแกรมเอ็นซีงานกัด สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 และ 4) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
