Evaluating the performance of the organization’s purchasing system Eastern Region’s Electronic Industry Business

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the operational characteristics of the electronics industry business, 2) to study the efficiency assessment of the procurement system of organizations in the electronics industry, and 3) to compare the efficiency assessment of the procurement system of organizations classified by the operational characteristics of the organizations. The sample group used in this research is 120 electronics industry businesses. The data providers are production managers/department managers and procurement managers. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The overall procurement efficiency assessment of the organization has a reliability value of 0.96. When considering each aspect, it is found that the quality aspect has a reliability value equal to the delivery aspect, has a reliability value equal to the process aspect, has a reliability value equal to the price aspect, and has a reliability value equal to the discrimination power (corrected item-total correlation) between 0.45 and 0.86. The statistics used in data analysis are frequency distributions. (Frequencies), percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used in testing hypotheses include comparison of mean differences (t-test), one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Scheffe analysis of mean differences. The research results found that 1) Personal factors of the respondents found that most were female, under 40 years old, had a bachelor's degree, 10-20 years of work experience, and an average monthly income of less than 50,000 baht. They also held other positions, such as accounting staff. The nature of the organization's operations found that most of them in the electronics industry in the eastern region had been in operation for more than 10 years. The main procurement pattern was domestic. The average annual procurement value was less than 50,000,000 baht. The proportion of orders for raw materials for production, the type of electronic and electrical appliance production, 2) Information on the evaluation of the organization's overall procurement system efficiency was at a high level of importance. When considering each aspect, it was found that the quality aspect had the highest average value, followed by the process aspect, the delivery aspect, and the price aspect, respectively. 3) Hypothesis testing results Different organizational operations affect different organizational operations, which affect the evaluation of the organization's purchasing system efficiency. Categorized by the duration of operation, main purchasing model, average annual purchasing value, proportion of the organization's main purchase orders, and production type, especially the business group with an operating period of 10 years or more, the domestic main purchasing model group, the business group with an average annual purchasing value of less than 50,000,000 baht, the group with a proportion of the organization's main purchase orders for raw materials for production, and the electronic and electrical appliance production group.

การศึกษาการค้นคว้าอิสระด้วยตนเองฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบจัดซื้อขององค์กร ธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม ภาคตะวันออก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบจัดซื้อขององค์กร ธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบจัดซื้อขององค์กร จำแนกตามลักษณะการดำเนินงานขององค์กร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ กลุ่มธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 120 ราย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต/ผู้จัดการแผนก และผู้จัดการฝ่ายจัดซื้อ เครื่องที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การประเมินประสิทธิภาพจัดซื้อขององค์กรโดยรวม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านคุณภาพ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ ด้านการส่งมอบ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ ด้านกระบวนการ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ ด้านราคา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ ค่าอำนาจจำแนก (Corrected Item-Total Correlation) มีอยู่ระหว่าง 0.45 – 0.86 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequencies) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA) การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ (Scheffe)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เพศหญิง อายุต่ำกว่า 40 ปี ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 10-20 ปี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ต่ำกว่า 50,000 บาท และมีตำแหน่ง อื่น ๆ เช่น พนักงานบัญชี ลักษณะการดำเนินงานขององค์กร พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ภาคตะวันออก มี ระยะเวลาในการดำเนนงานมากกว่า 10 ปี รูปแบบการจัดซื้อหลักภายในประเทศ มูลค่าการจัดซื้อเฉลี่ยต่อปีต่ำกว่า 50,000,000 บาท สัดส่วนในการสั่งซื้อ วัตถุดิบเพื่อการผลิต ประเภทการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า 2) ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบจัดซื้อขององค์กรโดยรวม มีระดับความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมากและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านคุณภาพมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านการส่งมอบ ด้านราคา ตามลำดับ 3) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ลักษณะการดำเนินงานขององค์กรแตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อลักษณะการดำเนินงานขององค์กรแตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อการประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบจัดซื้อขององค์กรแตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามระยะเวลาในการดำเนนงาน รูปแบบการจัดซื้อหลัก มูลค่าการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเฉลี่ยต่อปี สัดส่วนการสั่งซื้อหลักของหน่วยงาน ประเภทการผลิต โดยเฉพาะอย่างยื่ง กลุ่มกิจการที่มีระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน ตั้งแต่ 10 ปี ขึ้นไป กลุ่มรูปแบบการจัดซื้อหลักภายในประเทศ กลุ่มกิจการที่มีมูลค่าการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเฉลี่ยต่อปี ต่ำกว่า 50,000,000 บาท กลุ่มที่มีสัดส่วนในการสั่งซื้อหลักของหน่วยงานวัตถุดิบเพื่อการผลิต และกลุ่มประเภทการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า
