Development preparing model for education in the field of aircrarft mechanics according to the standards of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) Study the state of aviation mechanics education management according to the standards set by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). 2) Conduct a pilot study of aviation mechanics education management preparation, a case study of Don Mueang Technical College. 3) Develop and evaluate a preparation model. The informants include 12 experts who provide information on the educational management situation, 18 provided feedback on the review of items, 21 evaluated the preparation manual, 15 teachers and administrators from Don Mueang Technical College for conducted a pilot study, 21 experts for Model evaluated. The research instruments used included document recording forms, semi-structured interviews, a checklist form, and a satisfaction and feasibility assessment. Data analysis included content analysis, frequency, percentage, and mean (standard deviation). The results revealed that: 1) The state of aviation mechanics education management at six vocational colleges offering aviation mechanics programs showed that all of them fully complied with the standards set by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) in all six key areas: 1. Organizational and personnel operations. 2 Teaching and learning management. 3. Training standards. 4. Facilities and equipment. 5. Document storage 6. Quality management system. The research also developed a preparation manual for aircraft mechanic education. Experts evaluated the manual and found it to be of the highest quality. 2) Results of the preparation for aircraft mechanic education at Don Mueang Technical College showed an overall readiness level of 97.92%. and 3) Results of the development and evaluation of the AMERM preparation program revealed a comprehensive model covering personnel, equipment, facilities, and quality systems. When evaluated by experts, the AMERM model was found to be of high quality and practically applicable.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาสาขาช่างอากาศยานตามมาตรฐานของ กพท. 2) เพื่อทดลองเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดการศึกษาสาขาช่างอากาศยาน กรณีศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง 3) เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการเตรียมความพร้อมฯ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 12 คนให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดการศึกษา 18 คนให้ข้อมูลการตรวจสอบรายการและ 21 คน ประเมินคู่มือการเตรียมความพร้อมฯ ครูและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาสาขาช่างอากาศยาน จากวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมืองจำนวน 15 คน ทดลองเตรียมความพร้อมและ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาสาขาช่างอากาศยานจำนวน 21 คน ประเมินรูปแบบการเตรียมความพร้อมฯ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกเอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจและความเป็นไปได้ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาช่างอากาศยานของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา 6 แห่งที่เปิดสอนหลักสูตรช่างอากาศยาน พบว่า ทุกแห่งปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานที่สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) กำหนดได้อย่างครบถ้วน 100% ในทั้ง 6 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่1.การดำเนินงานองค์กรและบุคลากร 2.การจัดการเรียนการสอน 3. มาตรฐานการฝึกอบรม 4. สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์ 5. การจัดเก็บเอกสาร 6.ระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ งานวิจัยยังได้พัฒนา คู่มือเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาสาขาช่างอากาศยานและผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ประเมินแล้วพบว่าคู่มือมีคุณภาพในระดับ มากที่สุด 2) ผลจากการเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาช่างอากาศยานของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมืองมีความพร้อมในภาพรวม ร้อยละ 97.92 3) ผลการพัฒนาและประเมินการเตรียมความพร้อม AMERM เป็นรูปแบบที่ครอบคุมทั้งบุคลากร อุปกรณ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และระบบคุณภาพ เมื่อนำไปประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า รูปแบบ AMERM มีคุณภาพสูงและสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง
