Design and Development of Practical Training Kit for Intermediate-Level Three-Phase Induction Motor Control

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to design and develop a practical training kit for intermediate-level three-phase induction motor control, and 2) to assess the learners’ satisfaction toward the practical training kit for intermediate-level three-phase induction motor control. The target group consisted of 19 second-year vocational certificate (Vocational Certificate Level 2) students in the academic year 2024, majoring in Electrical Power at Uthai Thani Technical College, who were enrolled in the course Electric Motor Control (Course Code: 20104-2009). The research tools developed included: 1) the practical training kit for intermediate-level three-phase induction motor control, 2) worksheets, 3) worksheet answer keys, 4) content handouts, and 5) pre-test and post-test assessments. The learners’ satisfaction toward the practical training kit for intermediate-level three-phase induction motor control had a mean score of 4.83, which was at the highest level, with a standard deviation of 0.41, which was at a low level—consistent with the proposed hypothesis.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำหรับการควบคุมมอเตอร์เหนี่ยวนำสามเฟส ระดับกลาง และ 2) หาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำหรับการควบคุมมอเตอร์เหนี่ยวนำสามเฟส ระดับกลาง โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ชั้นปีที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 ประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรม สาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลัง วิทยาลัยเทคนิคอุทัยธานี ที่กำลังเรียนรายวิชา การควบคุมมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า รหัสวิชา 20104-2009 จำนวน 19 คน สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ ผลการสร้างเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) ชุดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำหรับการควบคุมมอเตอร์เหนี่ยวนำสามเฟส ระดับกลาง 2) ใบปฏิบัติงาน 3) เฉลยใบปฏิบัติงาน 4) ใบเนื้อหา และ 5) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน และแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำหรับการควบคุมมอเตอร์ เหนี่ยวนำ สามเฟสระดับกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย อยู่ที่ 4.83 อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด และมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน อยู่ที่ 0.41 อยู่ในระดับ น้อย เป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
