The Development of a Training Kit for Electrical Measuring Instruments for Home Electrical Systems Inspection to Career and Learning Skills in The Use of Electrical Measuring Instruments

Abstract

This independent study had the following objectives 1) to design a training package on electrical measuring instruments for household electrical systems that promotes vocational skills and learning in using electrical measuring tools. 2) to evaluate the effectiveness of the training package. 3) to assess vocational skills and learning in the use of electrical measuring instruments. and 4) to evaluate student satisfaction toward the training package. The developed training package consisted of a training manual on electrical measuring instruments for inspecting household electrical systems, learning management plans, content sheets, practice worksheets, post-learning tests, learning achievement tests, vocational skill assessment forms, learning assessment forms for using electrical measuring tools, and satisfaction questionnaires. The sample group used in this study consisted of 15 first-year vocational certificate students from Phichit Technical College who enrolled in the Electrical Measuring Instruments course in the second semester of the academic year 2024.The research findings revealed that the training package on electrical measuring instruments for household electrical systems was evaluated by three experts and rated at a high level of appropriateness, with an average score of 4.46 and a standard deviation of 0.32. The effectiveness of the training package was 87.44/82.67 which was higher than the specified criterion of 80/80. The evaluation of vocational skills and learning in using electrical measuring tools was at the highest level. Moreover, student satisfaction with the training package was also at the highest level.

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบชุดฝึกอบรมเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าสำหรับ ระบบไฟฟ้าภายในบ้านเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพและการเรียนรู้การใช้เครื่องวัดทางไฟฟ้า 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าสำหรับระบบไฟฟ้าภายในบ้าน 3) เพื่อประเมินทักษะอาชีพและการเรียนรู้การใช้เครื่องวัดทางไฟฟ้า 4) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าสำหรับระบบไฟฟ้าภายในบ้าน โดยชุดฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบไปด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าสำหรับตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้า แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ใบเนื้อหา ใบปฏิบัติงาน แบบทดสอบหลังเรียน แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบประเมินทักษะอาชีพและการเรียนรู้การใช้เครื่องวัดทางไฟฟ้า แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน ที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคพิจิตร ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้า ชั้นปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 15 คนผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุดฝึกอบรมเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าสำหรับระบบไฟฟ้าภายในบ้านที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของเครื่องมือวิจัยโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.46 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.32 ผลจากการหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม เท่ากับ 87.44/82.67 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 โดยมีผลจากการประเมินทักษะอาชีพ และทักษะการเรียนรู้การใช้เครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีผลต่อชุดฝึกอบรมเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าสำหรับระบบไฟฟ้าภายในบ้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
