Project to study improving the management of project groups that use shared resources. Case studies of government projects

Abstract

This study aims to improve the management of projects that share common resources in public sector projects, focusing on optimizing resource allocation and reducing complexity in coordination between projects. A mixed-methods research approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data, was employed through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with project managers and relevant stakeholders. The findings revealed that digital tools such as Power BI and Google Sheets play a crucial role in enhancing resource allocation efficiency, simplifying project tracking, and improving overall project management. Prioritizing resource allocation and effective planning are key factors in minimizing delays and preventing resource shortages across interconnected projects. This research provides recommendations on how digital tools can be applied to enhance resource management and coordination in public sector projects moving forward.

โครงการศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ปรับปรุงการบริหารกลุ่มโครงการที่ใช้ทรัพยากรร่วมกัน ในโครงการภาครัฐ โดยเน้นการจัดการทรัพยากรที่มีข้อจำกัดและการลดความซับซ้อนในการประสานงานระหว่างโครงการ การวิจัยนี้ใช้ทั้งการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้จัดการโครงการและผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า การใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัล เช่น Power BI และ Google Sheets มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดสรรทรัพยากร ลดความซับซ้อนในการติดตามความก้าวหน้า และช่วยปรับปรุงการจัดการโครงการโดยรวม การจัดลำดับความสำคัญของทรัพยากรและการวางแผนล่วงหน้าเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการลดปัญหาความล่าช้าและการใช้ทรัพยากรที่ไม่เพียงพอในโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้อง การวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัลเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการทรัพยากรและการประสานงานในโครงการภาครัฐในอนาคต
