ปัจจัยการรับรู้การใช้บริการร้านตัดผมชายราคาย่อมเยาว์ Abstract: In modern urban society, men's haircut services are more than a matter of hygiene; they are a critical tool for shaping personal image and self-confidence. Specifically, affordable barbershops have become a vital part of the grassroots economy, offering services that are accessible, time-efficient, and affordable to a diverse customer base, from office workers to students and low-to-middle-income earners. This study aims to investigate consumer perception toward utilizing these low-cost men's haircut services in Bangkok. Data were collected from 400 respondents using a structured questionnaire and employing quantitative analysis to explore relationships and associations among key consumer behavior variables, including price, service quality, and shop environment. The findings are expected to not only deepen the understanding of the consumer perspective but also provide crucial implications for optimizing the physical components of the service environment. This includes practical guidelines for efficient space planning, enhancing visual appeal, and improving hygiene standards, thereby supporting the sustainable development of these essential small local businesses within the urban economy.; การพัฒนาห้องเขียนแบบสำหรับการเรียนรู้แบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก: กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนสาธิต มศว ประสานมิตร (ฝ่ายมัธยม) Abstract: The Development of a Drafting Classroom and Active Learning Management: A Case Study of Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Secondary). This research aims to study the factors related to personal information and environment. The use of the drafting room Active learning. The study of personal factors indicated that most of the participants were female and younger than 20 years old. Approximately half of the respondents were either current students or recent graduates, possessing a grade point average (GPA) above 2.80. Regarding environmental factors, the use of the drafting room, and active learning, most respondents agreed that the equipment tables were sufficient, walkways were conveniently accessible, lighting was adequate, and the room temperature was appropriately cool. The participants expressed a preference for Active Learning Classroom Type 1 and showed interest in all forms of active learning. This research can be utilized as a recommendation for the development of drafting classrooms that are suitable for active learning at the secondary education level.; ปัจจัยของสภาพแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมความปลอดภัยการใช้ห้องน้ำภายในอาคารสาธารณะสำหรับผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ Abstract: Environmental Factors that Promote the Safety of Restroom Use in Public Buildings for Gender Diverse Individuals. This quantitative study aims to explore the factors contributing to the safety of restroom use among gender-diverse individuals. It analyzes environment that supports safe restroom usage, and examines demographic characteristics, behaviors, frequency, and distribution patterns within this population, by using questionnaires to collect data from 400 participants selected through non-probability sampling. The research investigates both demographic and environmental factors influencing perceptions of restroom safety among gender-diverse individuals. Findings show that most participants were assigned female at birth, with over half identifying as non-binary or opting not to disclose a specific gender identity. A statistically significant correlation was found between gender identity and perceptions of safe restroom environments, indicating that gender plays a key role in shaping feelings of safety in public restroom spaces. This research can serve as a recommendation for the development of restroom facilities that promote safety for gender-diverse individuals.; สำรวจกิจกรรมของผู้สูงอายุเพื่อปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัยให้สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดด้านสุขภาวะ Abstract: This study aims to explore the activity-related factors of the elderly based on the concept of well-being within residential settings in Bangkok and its metropolitan area. It also aims to propose spatial design concepts for elderly activities that align with the principles of well-being in these residential contexts.Data were collected using questionnaires from elderly individuals and relevant family members who are users of residential projects in Bangkok and the surrounding areas. The analysis of general demographic factors and potential sources of conflict was conducted using descriptive statistics—such as percentages, arithmetic means, and standard deviations—as well as correlation analysis.The expected outcome of this research is to provide a practical framework for designing appropriate environments and activities that promote the physical, mental, and cognitive well-being of older adults. Additionally, the findings will offer valuable insights to developers and relevant agencies for improving spaces, services, and infrastructure to more effectively accommodate the needs of an aging population. Ultimately, this study can serve as a model for designing housing or service facilities that address the specific needs of the elderly, thereby supporting a sustainable aging society in the future.;
